Because your services are personally reserved for you, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the services. Day packages require a 48-hour notice of change or cancellation. No shows are charged full price of service. A credit card or gift certificate number is required to reserve appointments.

Prior To Your Appointment
For spa services, we encourage you to arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you time to fill out any necessary paperwork, change into a robe and slippers, and enjoy the tranquility of our spa waiting area.
To maintain a serene atmosphere, we ask that you not bring children to Serenity. We do, however, allow children to enjoy certain spa services under the following guidelines: children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and any children under 18 must have an adult sign their initial consultation form.
