Lynne Crimmins and Melanie Morton
Lynne and Melanie created Serenity Spa and Salon approximately 10 years ago. Their mission was to create a warm, relaxing and professional environment providing clients with a much-needed escape from their hectic lives. They have created a team that shares that goal and work hard to adapt to the individual needs of their clients. The knowledge and realization that times are always changing keep them motivated to stay current with services and products. They do their best to convey their dedication, not only to their clients, but to the community as well.

Lynne Crimmins Lynne is a working owner of Serenity Spa and Salon. She graduated from Catherine Hinds Institute and has 13 years experience as a Medical Esthetician. She is also certified in laser hair removal and chemical peels.

Melanie Morton Melanie is a working owner of Serenity Spa and Salon. She has 17 years experience as an Esthetician and is a graduate of Catherine Hinds Institute. She is also certified in laser hair removal and chemical peels.

Sue Chronopoulos

Sue Chronopoulos and Lisa Donovan Sue and Lisa have both been part of the Serenity team since 2004. In their capacity as Spa Coordinators, they are here to serve as a conduit between our staff and our clients as well as to act as the client’s advocate to insure that their important, and sometimes urgent, scheduling needs are met. Most importantly they are committed to making your Serenity experience a smooth and positive one from beginning to end.

	Katie Queen Katie has been with Serenity for a total of three years, the last of which has been in the capacity of Cosmetologist. She graduated from Lowell Academy in 2010 and has been busy building her reputation as an enthusiastic and professional hairstylist who performs all hair services including cutting, coloring, Keratin Treatments and hair extensions. She also provides waxing and nail services to our clientele along with providing valued support and assistance to our Spa Coordinators.
	Cindy Brasil Cindy is a graduate of Blaine Hair Academy and has eleven years experience as a hairstylist. She stays current with the latest trends and techniques in her field by taking such classes as: Framesi Advanced Foiling, Nexxus structure cutting, Neo extensions, Coppola smoothing Keratin Treatment, Paul Mitchell Color and Cutting and Bio Ionic Straightening.
	Kate Dion Kate Dion graduated from Continental Academy of Cosmetology in 1990. She has been a member of the Serenity team for 8 years. She has received certification in Global and Coppola keratin treatments as well as Neo Hair extensions. Kate keeps her skills sharp by participating in color and cutting classes on a regular basis. Her success is made evident by her dedicated clientele who have been confident in her ability and creativity for years. Her amazing color, foiling and cutting talent is only transcended by her wit and charm.
	Candice Donovan Candice has been a licensed Hairstylist for 6 years and has been a member of the Serenity team for 3 years. She is highly skilled in the techniques of cutting, razor cutting, coloring and foiling as well as Keratin Treatments and hair extensions. She is dedicated to staying current with the latest styles and techniques.
	Courtney Fell Courtney has been providing Serenity clients with the benefits of her experience and creativity for the past 8 years. She is a graduate of Lowell Academy Cosmetology School and has received training and certification in hair cutting techniques through Paul Mitchell, Sebastian, Sexy Hair, Goldwell and Matrix. She has achieved Master Colorist certification through Framesi, Goldwell, Paul Mitchell and the National Board of Cosmetology’s colorist program. She has also received training and certification in Neo Hair extensions, Keratin Smoothing treatments and make-up artistry. Her large, loyal and expanding clientele are very appreciative of her innate ability to listen, envision and execute when it comes to their styling and/or coloring needs.
	Tim Pyrcz Tim has 6 years experience and has been a valued employee of Serenity for the past 4 years. His dedication to continued education guarantees his clients the most up-to-date styling, coloring and make-up techniques. He has completed classes for Joico, Goldwell, Redken and Paul Mitchell colors as well as certification in Global and Coppola Keratin and Neo hair extensions. He also is a certified make-up artist and Educator for Ultimate Face Cosmetics. He provided make-up to models participating in the Dennis Quaid Charity Fashion Show held in Austin, TX for two years in a row. He has also done runway makeup for the New Orleans Fashion Week and various photo shoots.
	Natalie Wilson Natalie has been a valued asset of Serenity for 8 years. She is a graduate of Lowell Academy and has a total of 12 years experience. She is certified as a colorist with Goldwell and Paul Mitchell as well as advanced training in color correction. She keeps her cutting skills current by participating in classes on a regular basis as well as advancing her foiling techniques through classes with Goldwell and Paul Mitchell. She has also received certification in Neo Hair extensions, Global and Coppola Keratin Treatments and make-up application through Sebastian/Trucco. Natalie’s diverse personal sense of style enhances her ability to envision just the right style needed to bring out the uniqueness and individuality of every client.
	Christina Ziegler Although new to the Serenity salon staff, Christina brings with her over 20 years of creative experience mastering in hair design, and multidimensional color artistry. She continues to update herself through various hands on and product knowledge classes including Framesi, Tigi, Paul Mitchell, Purology, Sukesha, and Eufora as well as completing The National Board Of Cosmetology's Colorist Program. Her goals are to apply her expertise by listening to her clients and provide the best service possible to each and every person who enters Serenity as well as helping to educate them.

	Deb Calomo Deb has been a licensed massage therapist for 6 years. She is nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, and has spent the last 4 years perfecting her massage techniques at Serenity. She provides clients with their choice of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pre-Natal or Hot Stone massages. She also performs body wraps and scrubs. Deb’s dedication to her work is evident in her performance and attitude.
	Mathew Fenochetti Mathew graduated from the Muscular Therapy Institute 10 years ago and has worked at Serenity since the start of his career as a Massage Therapist. He is proficient in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pre Natal and Hot Stone Massage. He also can provide soft tissue injury treatment. He is the only member of Serenity’s massage team that is certified in the Ashiatsu massage which is an ancient, deep, luxurious massage which incorporates the use of hands and feet.
	Kelly Greenwood Kelly has been an employee of Serenity for 3 years. She is a Massage Therapist who is licensed in Massachusetts as well as New York. Some of the massage techniques she has been certified in are Swedish, Connective Tissue, Neuromuscular, Shiatsu, Energy Palpation, Pre-Natal, Kinesthetic Awareness and Hydrotherapy. She is also an integral part of the Spa-Coordinator team.
	Amy Mulligan Amy has been practicing massage therapy since 2004: she joined the Serenity family in 2005. Amy is licensed as a Professional Massage Therapist by the state of Massachusetts, and completed her National Certification in Therapeutic Massage in 2005. She is also a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Amy completed her Associate’s Degree in 2009, focusing heavily in life sciences, such as anatomy and biology. After obtaining her degree, Amy used her new advancements to create an exclusive Body Contouring Treatment: this treatment focuses on the problems of cellulite and the loss of elasticity in the body’s skin. She is both the developer and sole practitioner of this treatment. Amy practices Swedish, Hot Stone, and Pre-natal massage; as well as Deep Tissue work, which is one of her most focused areas. Body wraps and treatments are also part of her practice. Amy continues her schooling in multiple disciplines, and will complete her Bachelor’s Degree in the spring of 2011. She is excited to bring further skills to Serenity, both now and in the future.
	Lisa Granata Lisa has been with Serenity for 5 years in the capacity of Esthetician and Nail Technician. She is a graduate of Catherine Hinds and Essex Agricultural and Technical Institute. She pampers her clients with specialty facials and body wraps, manicures and pedicures. She also provides waxing and make-up services. Her goal is for each of her clients to leave Serenity feeling relaxed and refreshed.
	Holly Kopacz-Carota Holly has 11 years experience, 9 of which has been with Serenity in the capacity of Esthetician and Nail Technician. She has received training from the New England School of Esthetics and the Lowell Academy Hairstyling Institute. She performs specialty facials, body treatments, manicures, pedicures and waxing services. She was recently certified in laser hair removal with Palomar Medical. Holly is a dedicated technician who take pride in customizing all services to meet the needs of her clients.
	Lindsay MacRae Lindsay has been with Serenity for 3 and half years. She graduated from Catherine Hinds Institute and has 5 years experience as a Medical Esthetician. She performs specialty facials, body wraps, waxing services, makeup, manicures, and pedicures. She is certified in chemical peels and Laser hair removal. She also provides support to our spa coordinators.
