Serenity is located at 315 Middlesex Road, Tyngsboro, MA  {approximately ¼ mile south of Pheasant Lane Mall}

Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 8:00 pm
Saturday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

CANCELLATION POLICY
Because your services are personally reserved for you, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellations made with less than 4 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the services. Day packages require a 48-hour notice of change or cancellation. No shows are charged at full price of service. A credit card or gift certificate number is required to reserve two or more services.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS
Please inform our staff of any allergies, medical problems or skin conditions that you may have.

PUNCTUALITY
We have designed our scheduling to ensure you have the correct time for your services. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated so our other clients do not have to wait for their appointments.

CHILDREN
Our spa is a tranquil place. Please respect the right to privacy and quiet of all our spa guests. Children are welcome as long as they have an appointment.

SPA EVENTS
We are happy to customize any personal, group or corporate events. Please contact our Spa Coordinator for details.

CELLULAR PHONES
To ensure the comfort and peace of all our guests, please silence your cell phone while visiting our Salon & Spa.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates are available for every occasion, any service and in any amount. They are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost. We can mail or ship gift certificates and products anywhere in the United States.
